Christopher Quigley, CFA

Co-Founder, Executive Director – Strategy

Chris serves as the Executive Director at Value87 Investment Partners, overseeing the firm’s quantitative operations, technology and technical infrastructure. He designed and manages the firm’s quantitative framework, leads the development of asset allocation tools and drives the evolution of client-focused investment solutions.

Beginning in 2011, Chris conducted fundamental research and analysis at Al Frank Asset Management before moving to research-focused roles at Kovitz Investment Group in 2018. He was responsible for identifying new investment opportunities and maintaining company, industry and macroeconomic models, and also contributed regularly to The Prudent Speculator investment newsletter.

Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Southern California. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Orange County.
